Co Pastor Cheryl Collier

Co-Pastor Cheryl Collier was born and reared in Canton, MS. She is the daughter of the late Brother John Woodard, Sr. and the late Elect Lady Gloria L. Woodard. She is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. George Washington, Sr.


In 1976, she graduated as Valedictorian of her class at Holy Child Jesus Catholic School in Canton, MS. She has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing from the University of Southern Mississippi and a Master’s Degree in Theology from New Life Fellowship School of Ministry.  She currently works as a Registered Nurse at St. Dominic Ambulatory Surgery Center in Jackson, MS.


Co-Pastor Cheryl Collier is the wife of Pastor Simon Collier. They got married June 14, 1986. They reside in the city of Canton, MS. As a result of that union, God blessed them with 3 wonderful children. Deacon Simon Elliot Collier, II is married to Ella Latrice Collier who reside in Canton, MS. They are the parents of 2 beautiful daughters named Simone and Skylar. Their daughter Minister Gloria Warren is married to Minister Bryson Warren and they reside in Sandusky, Ohio. They are the parents of 3 handsome sons; Amari, Malachi (who transitioned early), Nathan, and one beautiful daughter named Eva. Their youngest son Caleb lives in Canton,MS.


She got saved and Holy Ghost filled in 1974. God began dealing with her at the University of Southern Mississippi at the age of 18 regarding the call to ministry. She served faithfully for 24 years as Sunday School Teacher, Organist, Choir Director, and Teen Leader under the pastorate of the late Elect Gloria L. Woodard who was also her mother.


In 2005, she began to walk in her calling as a Minister of the Gospel.  She served faithfully as Assistant Pastor, Worship Leader, Sunday School Teacher, and Teen and Children’s Church Leader under the pastorate of Pastor John M. Woodard, Jr.  In January of 2009, she and her family went to assist another Ministry in Jackson, MS until May of 2010. God began to deal withher husband about establishing their own Ministry. Alongside her husband, she serves as Co-Pastor, Worship Leader, and Sunday School Teacher of Living Water Ministry.


She loves the Lord.  She is a Woman of God, a Worshipper, a Prayer Warrior, an Intercessor, and she knows how to Travail in prayer.  Her greatest desire is to see people come into a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ and to experience his presence and power in their lives by receiving the Baptism of the Holy Ghost and growing in the Word and the things of God
